The Chinese Hospital Health System is made-up of multiple primary care clinics, outpatient centers, and a health plan working with medical groups to provide healthcare services throughout San Francisco Bay Area. Each entity performs an important role in achieving the common goal of healing the community with high quality, affordable care that is culturally competent and linguistically appropriate. Together, we are able to care for our patients and members across the entire continuum of care.
